We want you to love your 12th Tribe finds, but we understand if a style doesn't fit your vibe. We offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date for store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size, receive store credit for future shopping, or get a refund to your original payment method.

  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging with tags still attached.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 5-7 business days.
